With the implementation of Heartland Online our services we want to offer you some cool and safe new features that we are offering to our customers.
Test Drives at Your Door!!
-Our sales personal will come to your house or place of business with the vehicle of your choice.
-Before you enter the vehicle our Sales associate will wipe down all the touched surfaces of the vehicle including the keys.
-Keys will be left in the vehicle door in your driveway while our Sales associate waits in our support vehicle on the street.
-Any applicable test drive paperwork will be docu-signed before the Sales associate and vehicle arrive at your house or place of business.
-Our Sales associates will no longer accompany customer on the test drive to minimize person to person exposure as much as possible. They will accompany you on the drive in the support vehicle, connected to you via Bluetooth allowing them to answer any questions you may have along the drive.
