Called Heartland Ford for a reason. I've never been to a dealership where they genuinely care and put their heart into their work. Even tho what I was going thru was a horrible nightmare; they did everything in their power to get me the best of the best. After popping a tire in the worst vehicle I've ever owned 1 block from the dealership I was trading it in at. I never reccomend dealers usually but this was an amazing and unique experience I've never had inside a dealership. I dealt with Issac and Dan; bless their hearts for authentically caring and trying to help. They not only got me out of the worst car ever with a GOAUTO LEASE; They got me into my dream car at an affordable price. Never been so happy in my life.

Elvis at Heartland is full of heart. He is not your "typical" car sales guy. He's thoughtful, attentive to detail, and really looks after his clients best interests. It's not about the dollar, it's about meeting the needs of his clients.

I had to get some warranty work done on my car. So while I was waiting I started looking at vehicles, as my husband was wanting a newer vehicle. The variety that we found was exceptional. We test drove a few, but the feel was right. So I talked to the sales manager and told her more what we we were looking for. The following we she phoned me as one had come in on a trade in. Perfect, low km., right color and a sport. That give it little bit of wow that we were looking for. We got what we wanted on our trade in and the deal went so smooth. Thanks Heartland for helping us find the right vehicle.
